The debate showed that Biden was not competent to debate Trump. It did not demonstrate that Trump had a better grasp on the truth, nor that he was competent to run the country any more than he was 4 years ago. History is beginning to show that Biden has been a competent president.
The situation in Ukraine is dire, and Biden has chosen - with the advice of his competent advisors - to untie Zelenskyy's hands, in anticipation of Ukraine's having to accept its diminished boundaries when Trump stops helping.
Peace will be temporary. Russia will attack again. The more of Ukraine is left, the longer it will be before NATO needs to defend its members from Russia's empire.
Maybe a little rough on Joe Biden. I have less fear of anything Joe Biden does or will do in the next four months, than Mr. Trump will do in his first five minutes in office. President Biden has very good people around him and he is a man who listens, I think we all can agree at least to that point.
I do hope we will get some good documentary series or books about Biden's final daze in office (see what I did there?) Presuming we don't all perish in a nuclear war that is.
